We’ll talk about what is actually in front of you: leading people, building healthier teams, planning services, solving systems problems, navigating staff dynamics, and staying grounded in the middle of it all.

Each month includes:

• One 60-minute Zoom call

• Includes spiritual direction, service evaluation, goal setting, accountability, and prayer.

• A follow-up email with notes and next steps

• Access between calls by text, email, or voice memo

This is not generic leadership coaching. It is practical help, honest encouragement, and experienced support for worship leaders doing real ministry in real churches.
