Many churches spend a significant amount of money sending one or two worship leaders to a conference.
By the time you pay for registration, flights, hotel rooms, rental car, and meals, it is easy to spend $1,500–$2,500 or more — and only one or two people receive the training.
A Worship Team Weekend brings the training to your church.
Instead of sending a couple of people away and hoping they can bring something back, we work directly with your whole team — worship leaders, singers, musicians, sound techs, media volunteers, and pastors.
Your team learns together in your room, with your people, your gear, your songs, and your actual ministry context.
What the Weekend Looks Like
Every weekend is customized, but a typical rhythm looks like this:
Thursday: Arrival, building/tech orientation, and rehearsal with your team for the Sunday service.
Friday: Time with pastors, staff, and key worship leaders around worship culture, planning, liturgy, leadership, and team health. Friday evening can include a worship leader gathering, acoustic worship circle, songwriting conversation, or relational team night.
Saturday: Main training day for the whole worship ministry, including biblical encouragement, band dynamics, vocals, sound/tech, rehearsal culture, worship leading, and practical breakouts.
Sunday: We serve alongside your team in the regular worship gathering, then debrief with pastors and leaders. In some churches, Sunday can also include prayer for the worship ministry or an evening worship night.
After the weekend: You receive a written follow-up with encouragement, observations, and recommended next steps.
