{WORSHIP TEAM WEEKEND}

Your worship team is mighty. Your singers are warriors. Your techs are mountain movers. Music is God’s plan and idea but our creatives need encouragement. They need training. They need appreciation.

Worship Team Weekends are all about hands-on training experience for your team. We’ve literally facilitated hundreds of these transformative events and we know what works for small, medium, and larger churches. We customize each weekend for your people. Over the course of few days, we will impact everyone on your team (even busy people!). Here’s a typical weekend:

{THURSDAY}

MORNING/AFTERNOON: I fly or drive in the morning. We can do lunch or do a tour of your building and get ready for the evening rehearsal.
EVENING: Rehearsal with your Team for Weekend Service. We co-lead with your leaders and model an effective and life-giving rehearsal.

{FRIDAY}

MORNING/AFTERNOON: We spend time with your staff and leadership. Discussions and equipping on liturgy, worship leadership, kids worship, etc…

EVENING: Often times we will do a worship leader gathering at a home, an acoustic worship circle, a songwriting inspiration event, or something relational. We feed your team and bless them. Three Streams brings all the content and inspiration, you bring the invitation and the food.

{SATURDAY}

MORNING/AFTERNOON: Morning to lunch we do an intensive training session. All musicians and tech are invited. Biblical inspiration for worship, band dynamics, vocal and sound training. After lunch, we provide an optional master class for worship leaders or sound techs specifically.

EVENING: In the evening we can rest or get dinner together or add another element of training.

{SUNDAY}

MORNING: Taking everything we learned over the week, we co-lead the Sunday worship service with your team. If you want we can preach or do a Q+A sermon on worship. It’s great if you just continue with your normal sermon flow. Oftentimes, this is a chance for the body to recognize and pray for the worship ministry leaders and volunteers.

AFTERNOON/EVENING - Let’s do lunch, debrief and get feedback before we leave. Sometimes we might do a Sunday Evening Worship night acoustic or full volume.

{MONDAY + BEYOND}

We typically travel home on Sunday eve or Monday morning. After our visit, we provide you with a complete follow-up evaluation so you have some written encouragement and the next steps to take with your team.
